Paying for OneStrata

How can I pay?
The new version of this product costs significantly less than the previous one!
Is it posible to try OneStrata for free?
Yes. You will be given such an option after you start creating a new strata.
Is OneStrata safe for kids?
You can leave your kids alone in a room with this product and they won't get hurt (not a guarantee).
How does the 30-day free trial work? If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. After 30 days, if you like OneStrata and want to keep using it, we'll require a credit card to continue. With payment, all of your data will still be there and anyone you've invited during the trial will still have access. Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade? You are welcome to upgrade from a free account to a paying plan any time during the 30-day trial period. You can always downgrade later if you choose. Can I change plans at any time? Yep. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options. Do I have to sign a long term contract? No. Basecamp is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. Are there per-user fees? No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every OneStrata plan includes unlimited users and clients. 100 people or 10 people, 30 clients or just 3, the prices listed above are the same for everyone. What types of payment do you accept? Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone. Your data is safe and secure Our state-of-the-art computer servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all OneStrata plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. What web browsers work with OneStrata? Internet Explorer 7 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and higher, Chrome 4 and higher. Any questions before you sign up? Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be charged setup, cancellation or support fees?

No. You pay to add seats to your workspace, and that's it. Each team member will need a paid seat after the trial period to access your workspace.

Do I have to use a credit card or can you invoice?

You can choose either when you set up your billing information.

Can I transfer a seat to another member in my workspace?

Absolutely.

When will I be billed?

We always bill on the first of the month. If you've signed up for our yearly plan, you will be billed on the one-year anniversary of the month in which you were first billed. If new seats are added during the middle of a billing cycle, you will be billed immediately on a pro-rated basis.

How will I be billed?

You will either get an invoice or your credit card will be charged at each monthly or annual renewal, depending on your payment method. Email Accounting for more billing questions.

What happens if I don't pay after the free trial?

The workspace owner will have access in a read-only mode to allow for data export for at least 30 days. We periodically delete data in trial workspaces that have not been signed into for 90+ days. Trial workspace owners will be notified of any administrative changes or pending deletion of their test workspace.

If I have multiple workspaces, will I be charged twice for members that are in more than one space?

Yes. All billing is on a per-workspace basis. We encourage teams to put all of their projects in one workspace for billing, as well as scheduling and collaboration purposes. This saves you money and ensures that your resources are never double-booked. If you have a special circumstance, contact Sales.

Is there more than one type of seat, such as a read-only seat?

No, in LiquidPlanner all seats are created equal. Each seat lets one member login into the workspace. Project Portal Guests are free. Virtual Members are free.
