and involvement within the Strata Corporation. Each role type may be set up with
specific access privileges. While most solution providers offer 2-3 role
classifications, OneStrata offers seven user role types. In addition to this
multifaceted feature we offer the ability to create your own groups and customize
their access rights.
- Owners: as the owner of a strata unit, you will be happy to know that all your Strata documents are safely stored in your OneStrata space online. Available to you 24/7.
- Tenants: as a tenant you may not be involved in Strata activity but you will appreciate receiving updates about the next fire alarm testing, water shut off times for plumbing work and other building maintenance notices.
- Council: the Strata council can store Strata minutes and ongoing correspondence in their OneStrata account, have quick access to information and post messages will custom privacy settings (eg: messages visible to council members only or visible to all users)
- Managers: building and property managers can communicate now with all user levels and provide prompt updates and notices regarding the Strata property. Strata documents and forms may be securely stored for quick and easy access.
- caretakers: as the caretaker of the Strata property you will be able to communicate effectively with managers, owners and council as well as provide necessary updates to tenants.
- Contractors: anytime a Strata building undergoes major repairs and work involving a contracting company, information on the project must be produced, maintained and stored. As a contractor you will now be able to reach building & property managers/caretakers as well as Strata council and may share documents with those involved in the project (and store them securely for future reference).
- Admin: each Strata with a OneStrata account will be assigned an admin. This person may set up users for the Strata Corporation of any level (managers, council, tenants etc) as well as set up specific groups and the respective access rights to each.

- Own or manage more than one Strata property? No problem. OneStrata allows you to view and maintain any and all Strata properties online.
