I am a Strata property owner. Why use OneStrata? (or: Why do I need OneStrata? I thought of : Why am I using OneStrata? But something doesn’t sound right to me)
- I have all the information related to my property on hand and have full control over it. I don’t want to have to contact outside sources (lawyers, strata council, real estate agents etc) to gather information on MY property. I want to be the one to own and protect my investments’ information.
- I am part of a self-managed Strata and I need to store my property’s information in one safe, convenient and easily accessible location. I am able to store and search for my information with ease. OneStrata does this for me.
- My property is managed by a Strata management company and I know the managers store the bare minimum amount of information that is required by law. It is important to me to be able to store extra documents that are related to my property for future reference (eg: communication with plumber, stored insurance documents)
