I am a Strata Council member and represent the Strata Corporation of my property. Why am I using OneStrata?

  • I store and access Strata minutes for upcoming and past Council meetings. OneStrata allows me to find past Strata minutes with the click of a button and upload/store all the information from the Council meetings.
  • I am able to communicate with the Council members as well as all the tenants/owners/managers – I have access to the Bulletin Board as well as private messaging privileges.
  • I store information on projects regarding the Strata (eg: balcony repairs, need to store quotes and correspondence from bidding companies) and I like that I’m able to pull up this information at any time.
